
Secured Finance Network’s Annual Convention
Venues: Various Marriott Properties, Rockefeller Center, House of Blues Chicago, and more
The must-attend industry event for the commercial finance community.
Hosted in a new city each year at a major hotel conference center, the Secured Finance Network’s Annual Convention is a 4-day event jam-packed with programming — from panel sessions to keynote speakers, committee meetings, and more. To kick off the week, we would produce an opening reception presented by one of our top-level sponsors. Held at venues such as Rockefeller Center or the House of Blues, the reception was an impactful start to the event with entertainment from Broadway stars to Ziggy Marley.
In addition to the conference programming, we provided the 1000+ guests with plenty of networking opportunities and themed receptions to connect with industry peers and experts. At each iteration, we built an exhibit hall for vendors to showcase products and solutions, helping guests make the most of their businesses. Outside of the conference, we hosted 5k races and golf outings to round out the week.










During my time at SFNet, I implemented a full revamp of our registration process. I positioned this as a sponsorship offering to turn the new expense into a revenue opportunity.

With new registration booths, iPads for check-in, and sleek name badges printed in real-time, we created a modernized and streamlined experience for attendees while showcasing sponsor branding at every touchpoint.
